All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping (US): 1 business day
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fakil is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs and taxes).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Fakil is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance delays beyond our control.
